1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NEXTPlay [full legal entity name], a Delaware [corporation / limited liability company] ("NEXTPlay," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit nextplaypro.ai (the "Site"), sign up as a founding fan, or contact us. NEXTPlay operates the NEXTPlay franchise, including NEXTPlay PRO™, NEXTPlay FLAG™, NEXTPlay FUTURES™ and the six founding NEXTPlay PRO™ teams, and this policy covers all of them.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Sign-up details: first name, email address, your team, whether you are a fan, player, parent or guardian, coach, member of the media or business, and your ZIP code if you choose to share it.
- Your choices: confirmation that you are 13 or older, and whether you want offers from NEXTPlay partners.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the Site secure and working.
- Cookies: the Site currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. [Update this section if analytics, pixels or tag managers are installed.]
3. How we use your information
- To send the NEXTPlay updates you signed up for, including team news, ticket information, and camp, tournament and tryout news.
- To tailor updates to your team, your role and your area.

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Our team inbox: when you sign up, your details are sent by email to NEXTPlay’s team inbox at contact@nextplaypro.ai, where only authorized NEXTPlay staff can see them.
- Service providers who help us run the Site and send emails (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of your information to the services they provide to us.
- NEXTPlay partners, only if you opt in. If you check "Also send me offers from NEXTPlay partners," we may share your name, email and team with selected partners so they can send you offers. You can withdraw this choice at any time.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests or protecting the rights and safety of our athletes, fans and others.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Your privacy choices and rights
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us at privacy@nextplaypro.ai.
- Partner offers: tell us at any time that you no longer want your information shared with partners.
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it;
- get a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@nextplaypro.ai with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your request using the email address you signed up with. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
6. Children and young athletes
This Site is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it. Parents and guardians can contact privacy@nextplaypro.ai with any concern.
Registration for NEXTPlay FUTURES™ and NEXTPlay FLAG™ youth programs will take place through a separate process that obtains parent or guardian consent. Any athlete performance data collected in those programs will be covered by a separate notice provided at registration.
7. How long we keep information
We keep sign-up information for as long as you stay subscribed, and for up to [24] months after you unsubscribe or your last interaction with us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for up to [90] days.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Visitors outside the United States
