You may not use them without our written permission. Arena names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Athlete imagery on the Site is illustrative and does not depict contracted NEXTPlay athletes unless stated otherwise.

Information about launch dates, team markets, venues, divisions, game format, broadcast features, schedules and future expansion reflects our current plans. These plans may change, and nothing on the Site is a promise that any event, feature, venue or product will be offered.

Any prediction, fantasy, contest or sweepstakes feature will be governed by its own official rules, will be offered only where permitted by law, and may be subject to age and location restrictions.
